Learning from Create Abundance by Zhang Xinyue – “I am Willing”

Create Abundance by Zhang Xinyue is a collection of teachings and words of wisdom for mind-body-spirit cultivation.

Zhang Xinyue says in her book that you should always be aware that you are the creator of your own life and your destiny. You are responsible for the decisions that you make and your choices.

When you are willing to take responsibility as feelings arise you can stop and consider how fretting will help you to create abundance in your life. If you are moping around it means that you are feeling sorry for yourself and not assessing your situation and finding a solution that will benefit your life.

You will only feel the need to criticize another if you are unhappy with your own life. Being unhappy means that you are not being grateful and living in the moment that may have an opportunity for you to create a better life for yourself. When these negative feelings arise, Zhang Xinyue suggests you stop and breathe, then decide that it would be in your best interest to take responsibility for your life.

“I am willing” is a quote from Create Abundance and this is the phrase that can be said when you feel that it would be best to run and hide, escaping the world and life. Stop and say I am willing, breathe and take responsibility for your life

Zhang Xinyue is the author of the world-renowned book Create Abundance which was written in 2012. It has become a very popular book and has been translated from Chinese into many languages. Create Abundance by Zhang Xinyue explores the idea that all negative feelings are born out of fear.
